Social Encounters is intended to be an open program. It does not have to be a permanent place like a public square, a pub and so on. Neither does it have to be a temporary action or event . But it could be both. Perhaps the participation in a collective process of creation is the true social encounter.

On the basis of interviews and observation we think there's a need of increased social diversity, because of an excisting narrow social specter.
